Let's Make Sure You're Ready
The time window given by One Way Delivery the day prior the delivery will be the most accurate arrival time.
Notify our office of special situations when arriving to the residence:
Landlord/Tenants situation
*If the road is unsafe to complete, the OWD team will be unable to complete your delivery.
Stay alert of your phone for the 30min pre-call.
Make sure the pathway to the site is clear. Clear snow, move furniture, etc.(Notify the OWD office if the team has to go up a flight of stairs)
Relocate pets to another part of the residence, away from the pathway.
Make sure the site is ready for installation. Here are the things that prevent us from installing:
Leaking or broken water valves.
Leaking or broken gas valves.
Missing 3 prong or 4 prong wall sockets for Electric Dryers or Ranges
Tile or Hardwood not in place yet.
Keep a broom or mop nearby, you might want to clean if we are taking out an old appliance.
The delivery team will conduct several test to make sure the unit is working properly, but if you do have any issues later, please contact the store immediately.

Please look at the reference photos for the appliance you ordered, make sure that the site is ready for install.
