THE DUST FROM THE CUTS CAN BE INTRUSIVE, WE REQUIRE THAT YOU CLEAR THE WORK AREA.

Minor Electrical Custom Work

• Install receptacle cover: $25.00

• Install 220 V receptacle and/or cover:$130.00

• Move 110 V outlet (2"x4" metal box exposed, less than 5'): $150.00

• Move 220 V receptacle (4"x4" metal box exposed in cabinet, less than 5'): $200.00

• Conversion from 240 V to 120 V (parts included): $200.00

• Move electric box 240 V, any location in cabinet: $350.00

Minor Plumbing Custom Work

• Air-gap installation:$85.00

• Replacing shut off valve in cabinet, under appropriate conditions only: $150.00

Installing gas shut off valve:$150.00

DISCLAIMER

If you bought an appliance through a store/retailer. We are not employees of the store/retailer where you bought your unit from, we are subcontractors. The cost of the custom work performed will have to be paid directly to us, preferably by cash or check, but we also take credit/debit cards. On the day you are scheduled for your custom work, we will bring you an invoice for you to sign and we will send you a copy via email. We ideally like to schedule the custom work and appliance installation on the same day. You are NOT OBLIGATED to have the custom work performed by our company, you can have somebody else do it. The installation paid for at the store/retailer will have to be rescheduled for when the custom work is done.
